It's been a very long hiatus from my studio. We moved and it has been one thing, then another for over a year. But, I am gradually getting back into creating again. I've missed it, yet, allowed everything else to come first. I believe I need to check my priorities.

There is actually one new gourd on my site in the Gourd Market under bowls. Check out Fire Storm. I attended a gourd patch meeting where the featured project was applying pine needle rims. I enjoy the weaving process and hope to learn much more from the interesting group of ladies in this patch. Many of them are weavers learning to gourd for the first time. The two crafts are really quite compatible. I'm looking forward to our monthly meetings.
